Hi Jam, Today I tried to simulate it again, but it is different today. I started with disconnecting all connectors, and only reconnect the connector with power and speakers. When turning the unit on android is starting up and there is no interference. When connecting the wifi antenna, nothing change...

Same problem here. I found out that the noise starts when I connect the wifi antenna. Everything is fine after a reboot if only 12V power and speakers are connected. Not so keen on opening my brand new unit and try to fix this myself, but sending the unit back is not an option. Any help from Pumpkin...
