Unpacked the archiv on my sd card. Put it in the GPS Slot. The radio recognizes the SD card. When i Press system Update nothing happens

The Problem is that my device Crashes every 10 Minuten. Sometimes mit i think its an Software issue Not an Hardware one.

Thought this would be the power output and not a dedicated input... What problem will solve this solution?

I've ordered the Pumpkin SA052 USB Android Auto Autoplay Dongle from Amazon. installed the CarPlay app of the enclosed SD card (is there a newer version of the apk?) and everything is working perfectly now. If I get a call the music is stopping but the caller voice is coming from the smartphone itself and not from the car speakers. is this normal?

But only if the sound comes from an external device. Like aux or Bluetooth. There are no interference noises when I play a track from the radio itself. Should I contact the Amazon customer service?
