Somehow that sounds like BLE is not supported. If so, is the limitation in hardware and a dongle will solve this or in software and an update or custom ROM may help?

Hi, I have a PX5 (MTCE_KLD_v2.87_1) and I can't see any Bluetooth low energy devices. According to the ad it supports Bluetooth 4.0 (and that includes BLE) and I can connect to a ODB2 dongle and my phone but several BLE devices I tried cannot be found.
