I found and installed the latest MCU update. However the original problem--inability to run the one app I bought this head unit for (Tidal) persists.

Is there a firmware update to android 8 that might fix this?

I would like to update my firmware. Is there an update available? Here are the specs I copied from settings:

Steering wheel volume control on my Pumpkin 7.1 Android radio just stopped working. Last thing I did was format a USB drive. It worked fine a few minutes before that. I tried restarting several times. No change.

What do I do?

this is really disappointing. I don't have paid subscriptions or 2000 song playlists on other music apps. other music apps don't allow me to save music to play online which is the main reason I bought this unit. I would like to know when this will be fixed
