Hi Jammy, Actually I have released the stuck disc manually by disassembling the UNIT with Screwdriver. but the UNIT still doesn't read DVDs neither CDs, no responding at all. But the case is as followings: A DVD disc was stuck inside the unit, cannot be played and cannot be ejected when i press the eject button i have no response. also when i press the Disc button also no responding. when i followed below instruction actually i found three options: color 1 (white), color 2 (Red) and color 3 (no color that should be the green color).


2.enter settings - car settings - extra settings - panel color page and choose the green color( color 2)
