Opel Vectra C swc not working

Have you already solved the problem of steering control in my oplu ???
I have another problem.
I bought a dedicated rearview camera for my Opel with wireless control. I have connected the camera according to the instructions and I do not have a picture from the camera on the radio. I connected the transmitter to the reversing lights, and the receiver to power the radio + ACC, - MASS, picture to the CAM input. with this connection, the camera does not switch automatically when the signal is received. How should I connect it? camera, transmitter and receiver are working because I checked it on another radio.

do I have to change something in the radio settings? if so, what?
should I pull the cable from the "+" reversing lights to the radio to the cable "reversing".

Hi karateka28,
i heard that our pumpkin customer service sent you an new can bus decode box, did it help ?
2.about the wireless cam , first please tell me did the unit change to rear cam image(maybe a black screen and yellow triangle symbol )?
normally you don't need to connect that reverse wire from the video, but you can have a try .
More query, some pictures or videos will be helpful for me to find the cause.

Hi tweety,
1.the "answer" icon in the SWC page means call or hang up .

2.the homescreen is lock .Hope your kind understandings.
3.you can enter settings - car settings - extra setttings (123456) - model choose page and choose the option "OPel...." .then reboot the unit .
4.In lock positon ? There is no any power when you put the key in lock position . maybe i misunderstand you , could you show me an video about this issue ?
5.what OBD you bought , if you didn't purchase from us , there might some incompatibility issue .

I have the same problems like you. I bought ab Pumpkin Radio model ND0476H-01A from Amazon.de purchase number 028-8317574-5522740
After fitting it with problems in my Opel Vectra C Estate 2008 I have still 2 issues:
- radio stick out a little bit identically looks at fotos from Meriva
- CanBus Adapter isn't functioning at all. No connection to the BC from radio or from sterling wheels buttons to radio
Can you help me to resolve my problems ?

i contacted the pumpkin customer service and she said the canbus module was returned by the customs, saying that the recipient did not clear the customs.And she said she contacted you many times and get no response. I suggest you contact her again or check the jack of your mail box.
