This post will tell you how to use 64GB Class 10 MicroSD SDXC Cards in your Head Unit.
Almost All Class 4 and Class 6 Micro SD cards should work in your head unit. Class 4 only goes up to 32GB Class 6 goes up to 64GB but they are hard to find and double the price of the newest, fastest Class 10 64GB Micro SD Cards. Class 10 cards are formatted in exFat which the Pumkin Head unit will not like.. What you need to do is reformat the Class 10 card to Fat 32 with an allocation unit size of 512. Then when you put it in the Pumpkin head unit you can get it to work. The following are the completer instructions and what I used.
I bought this 64GB Class 10 MicroSD SDXC on Amazon:

I had also bought this inexpensive USB 3.0 SD Card Reader from Amazon:

I did this on a Windows 7 Computer. Your first problem is that Windows will not convert an exFAT Micro SD Card into Fat 32. So you need a simple little program that does it. It is so small it does not even need to install. You just download it and start it. Here is the location of the download:
Now you have everything you need.
First thing to remember is that these High Speed Class 10 cards can be touchy. So do not just pull them out without ejecting them first.
1. Plug the MicroSD Card into your reader and plug the reader into the computer. Do not open the MicroSD Card to look at it.
2. Go into My Computer and look at the list on the left and see if you see the MicroSD Card. Mine showed up as Drive F.
3. Start guiformat.exe It should look like this:

4. Once it starts make sure the drive letter at the top matches the drive letter of the MicroSD Card.
5. Then set allocation unit size to 512.
6. Make sure Quick Format is checked.
7. Click start and wait until the Close button lights back up. Then press close.
Now before you unplug the reader and card you must eject them.
8.Go to the lower right corner of your screen. there should be a small white arrow to the left of the date and time. Click on it to see the hidden icons.
Here is what you are looking for:

You want the one pictured in the top left.
9. Click on it and it will ask what item you want to eject. You should see you MicroSD Card there. Click on it.
10. A message will come up saying you can safely remove the MicroSD Card.
11. Now go to your car and turn on your Pumpkin Head Unit.
12. Insert the MicroSD Card
13. At the top of the screen a small white picture of the SD Card should show up.
14. Put you finger on that image and drag your finger down and you will see the MicroSD Card Status
15. It will probably say your SD Card is Damaged and needs to be formatted. Agree and format it.
16. when done go back to the white icon at the top and drag it down again. It should now say your SD Card is Ready for USE. And under that you will see EJECT.. choose eject and you can now safely remove the MicroSD Card.
17. Take the MicroSD Card back to your computer and hook it up to the computer with the reader.
18. Open the MicroSD Card and you will see one file inside that the Pumpkin Head unit put there. Do not remove it or the MicroSD Card will not work in the Pumpkin Head Unit. This is the file:

19. Now you can put your Music and Video Files onto the MicroSD Card.
20. When you are done EJECT the MicroSD Card from your computer and put it in the Pumpkin Head Unit and it will work perfectly.
Always remember to eject the MicroSD Card every time you want to remove it
