How to map radio tuner knob for changing tracks

I would like to map the the radio tuner knob (the one to change stations) to be able to change tracks in Spotify or any other music application. Unfortunately my 2011 Jetta SE doesn't have the stereo controls on steering wheel, and a new steering wheel with controls is expensive.

Can you offer your car stereo SKU?
There is an SKU label on the back of the radio or on the package box.
