Pumkin 7 Android does not show any boardcomputer data at VW Touran

Hello everybody,

I installed today the new pumpkin 7 2017 in my VW Touran 2012.
There is everything so far, however, that no data from board computer will be displayed. (Air conditioning, door open, etc.)
I have the guidance and the right profile selected. The APP Car Settngs is displayed and this is also opened. No values ​​are displayed there.

Hat maybe someone else an idea?

I have held such a guide

the unit can't send message to your board computer.
