Hi,
Regarding the problem of the slow running, sorry to bring you bad experience, you can contact the customer service to return the unit for repair. I want to confirm that the unit also runs slowly when you are not driving.
For the OBD problem,the BT of our unit is always on.Since your OBD isn't from us,so i suggest you consult the OBD seller.
