Pros:
Fully functional Android 4.4 unit with very well designed launcher interface. Easy to operate and setup.
Built in GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi, AV In, Radio, CD, MP3, FLAC, MKV, DVD, IPOD support, USD, Micro SD. You name - its there.
Multiple built in storage formats - USB, Micro SD Card x2, Internal RAM
6.2" HD 16:9 Capacitive Touch Screen 800x480 High Resolution Screen with support of FULL HD playback 1080p
User Interface is neat and fast and actually pleasant for a car unit, very usable and flexible
Supports steering wheel controls integration and they do actually work (get yourself Scosche kit with SWC harness)
Sound is automatically turned off while in Reverse Cam mode
Safety features can be turned ON or OFF (watching video while driving etc.)
Sound is great, multiple player equalizer presets including user selectable settings. Supports subwoofer
Can run multiple apps - play music while running other apps such as GPS (GPS will talk and will not interrupt music, so you hear your music and GPS instructions as well) or Speedometer

Cons:
Not standard Double DIN format, it is slightly larger and not so deep. So may require some DIY when fitting face trim around unit as Scosche Prius trim and Metra Prius trim don't work 100% and need some hand work done on them.
Control knobs are a bit wobbly and don't feel like solid knobs. Would either like to see buttons instead or have better quality more solid knobs which can be pushed in so they don't stick out
Cost of the unit is a bit on the high side being Android, but well worth the features
