No Sound with CD DVD

Hi,

I got the Android 7.1 8" Head Unit for VW.

When I insert a CD or DVD I get no sound. It also kills the sound for any other source. Turning the device off and on again (just fastboot) restores the sound. But as soon as I play a CD again it kills the sound.

How can that be fixed?
Does anyone else have this problem?
