No i haven't heared anything from the costumer service yet, and it has been passed over 3 weeks since i sent them the e-mail. Can't you please just ship it to me?

I ask my customer service who are responsible for the refunding and returning issue and there is a chat record you can refer.

$15 USD for a cheap plastic pin??? Are you out of your mind sir/madame??? Why in the hell should i pay so much for small thing that isn't worth more than $2.00 USD? In my opinion you should send me this for free, since i have paid well over $250-300 USD for a unit purchased from you! Is this pumpkin's costumer service for their costumers??? I'm outraged, and furious at you guys! :o :shock:

Hi,
this is required by out company.As far as i know ,15 dollar contains the carriage. It can be acceptable.
And sorry,i am not allow to manage the price of the accessories.

Well then forget it, i'm not paying you $15 USD! It's highly outrageous that your company treats costumers like this! If you where from Kenwood, SONY, Pioneer or other companies then you whould had shipped it for free. It's called COSTUMER SERVICE!
