Dashcam wrong orientation

Dear pumpkin,
I'm still strugling to get my dashcam to show the picture correct. The cam is showing the picture upside down with the standard car record software.
I could not find any other good software yet where i can rotate the picture 180 degrees. How can i turn the view of the camera?

please first confirm the dashcam install correctly.It should be upside-down and paste on the windshield. YOu can refer to the following picture.
