DAB+ no signal

Hi,
I just bought a DAB+ Box Y0251 and a CN01-01303B-01A. I can't get any Signal in the DAB+ App, only white bars in the upper left corner, and no station after a scan. But the App seems to recognize the Antenna, because when I start it without the USB cable connectet it won't scan at all.

I orderd on amazon. Nr. 303-6974065-3675522

Hi,
1,please check install the DAB antenna according to the user manual.
2,Please check whether the antenna connected tightly.
3,please confirm that there is some DAB stations around you.
4,if the above steps don't help ,contact the customer service to get an new dab antenna.
