Reverse camera not working

I have a Kd-c0224 unit. I have wired the unit exactly as per the attached image. When I select reserve nothing happens :(

I am installing into. 2006 jeep commander. Why is this happening ?

Looking at some people on here who are saving issues they are talking about a canbus box, what exactly is that and do I need one? My jeep is a modern design with canbus is this why I can't get the camera to work ?

Hi, normally our unit does not support the factory/original reverse camera.
If you want to use it with our unit, you may need to modify some wire.
