DAB+ not working

last week, installed today and cannot get the DAB radio to work. Have watched your installation video and instruction with no success. We have travelled to find maybe a better signal but still will not work.

Our problem is the app does not search for stations. Pressing the link-on button does nothing, pressing search does nothing. None of the buttons do anything inside the application.

Have downloaded uninstalled and re-installed your DAB .apk on this forum with no success.

I suspect the DAB+ box is faulty unless you have any other ideas.

Hi, regarding the DAB app issue, could you please first refer the below attached picture to check if you connect the DAB cable correctly?
Then please use a multimeter to test if the DAB connector port has about 5V power supply.

And you can also put the DAB aerial outside your car to check if the DAB can get DAB signal and search stations.
If possible, would you mind take a video, upload it to youtube, then send the link to us for checking.
Please don't worry, we will try to give you positive solution.

I do not have a multi metre nor have ever used one sorry. I will send you a video of the cables connected and antenna

Hi, you can try to put the DAB aerial outside the car and drive to some other place to search the DAB signal.
If you do this but the DAB still can not get any signal, sorry about this, it maybe the DAB module on the mainboard fault, we can send you a new mainboard to solve it.
Or you can contact our customer service to get the best solution.
