installation of reversing camera

I've followed the tutorial on viewtopic.php?f=14&t=22. But I'm still have no luck. The harness that the cam in cord comes from is a loose fit in its socket. Any help would be great.

Could you please tell me your order number and purchase link so that I can check it for you?
Could you mind tell me what exactly the problem is? Do you mean the radio do not automatically switch to camera image display function when you reverse your car? Or do you mean it is switch, but display NO SIGNAL? And about the CAM-IN loose fit, could you mind take a photo to show us what exactly the issue is?

Hi,

The unit is 8'' Android 4.4 Car Radio Stereo Head Unit DVD GPS Navi For Toyota Camry Aurion, Item number 271808737548. The problem is that it does not switch when put in reverse. I'll email you the picture of the harness.

Thank you for you reply!
I see, I assume it must be the "REVERSE" detective wire didn't connect properly or even not connect. Can you please check at the cable harness? There should be a wire with label "REVERSE", that wire is require to be extendted and connect to the +12V positive pole of the car reverse light at the trunk.

If you are having our rear camera, then you just need to connect the "REVERSER" with the red thin wire from the rear camera yellow RCA jack.

I have a problem with 'NO SIGNAL' message.
I've connected camera with reverse detective wire to the radio like you described. In that case, when I put reverse gear 'NO SIGNAL' massage appears in the radio. But when I disconnected reverse detective wire, radio displays image from rear camera but not automatically. Could you help me? Order id from aliexpress is 65251585009612.

Please check your yellow connector, I think you must connected it to video-in(NO.12) connector and clicked video in, right? That is not correct, you need to connect it to CAM-IN(NO.15) connector, please check the picture below!

You are right. I connected camera to VIDEO-IN and it was a reason of my problem. When I've changed connection to CAM-IN, picture from camera is displayed excellent.

I bought a Pumpkin 2 Din Android 5.1 GPS 7 inch Quad core 16GB 3G WIFI.
Unfortunately I missed (or it was not in the box) the cable of rear camera.
The cable of above photo is No15.
Please can somebody to tell me when I can buy one of this cable with harness?

Normally we will check the unit and the accessories come with it, hope you can double check the package content.
If you still could not find the Cam-in cable, we can send it to you.
Or please directly contact our customer service to get the Cam-in cable, that's a more fast way.
