DVD screen black but can hear sound

I am just setting up a new unit.
I bought the unit AE0373B, Order number 100003024 direct from AutoPumpkin UK website.

DVD plays and I hear sound but no video!

Also, a lot of times I get
message that some UI has stopped.

Is there new firmware for this
model.

Also can I have a link to any GPS maps for download; IGO and Herewego.

1.about the DVD issue, you might need to to switch the follow option on.

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - system - system update.
3, you can download them from Google play store.
