11-RQ0369E TOUCH SCREEN ISSUES

Hello

I have a 11-RQ0369E model, since last 2 days i have touch screen problems. The down bottom of the screen dont work, ex. The incoming call bar, when i touch to answer the call, nothing happen. Even when im exploring the device, change the appereance Android to win. Other issue is the screen Is blinking, specially in bright or white pages.
Can u help me with this issues.
