Several problems with my Pumpkin Android 7.1 device

Hi,

i bought this unit: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B074PQTT1N/ and have some problems.

1.) The FM radio receiver is very low - it is hard to find a station. I checked radio connection, everything is fine.
2.) My mobile surf stick looses connection after 1-2 hours of driving. I need to re-plug then it starts working again.

3.) When accessing USB-sticks the volume is automatically unmounted after copying several megabytes. (Re-plugging helps)
4.) Sometimes the device crashes and reboots on its own (unrelated to any usage pattern).
5.) The blitzer.de app doesnt play any sounds.

Hope you can provide some solutions. Maybe updated firmware?

about the first issue, you can consider purchasing the radio signal amplifier Y0015 .

Please download it to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot,then enter settings - car settings - system update.
About the 5th point,you can enter settings - Navigation - Navigation application option page and choose blitzer.de as the default Navi app .

About the blitzer.de app: Already did that - no change. Lets see if the new firmware helps.
