PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hi,

I kindly ask you to get back to me regarding the following two issues:

1. Bluetooth not connecting to any other device than just one phone
2. latest firmware update

Head unit:

Android 7.1 Quad Core
CN01-02204B-01A
(305-7587466-7373106)

-1. using the above mentioned unit the following issues appear

-mobile phone Xperia Z3c does connect and work (contacts, calls, play media)
-OBDII adapter (Bluetooth) does not connect and is not shown in bluetooth scan list
-OBDII TPMS adapter does not connect and is not shown in Bluetooth scan list

basically no other device is shown when scanning Bluetooth devices by the head unit.
Only one phone.
This happens when this phone is connected to the head unit.
It does also happen when the phone is NOT connected to the head unit (no devices connected at all to head unit)

It seems the head unit does not scan correctly.
WQ_BC5 is set as Bluetooth type.

What can be done to establish connections to other devices?

You need to tell them your order number or ebay id so that they can confirm your unit . i suggest you show them an short video to help them understand your query and find the cause.
