No DAB Signal

Just recently installed the DAB+ kit on my ND290B. The radio identifies and can see the DAB module but displays no signal at all anywhere I drive and no matter how many times I scan. I know for a fact its not a signal issue or a antenna placement issue. I have tried installing the newest DAB app from play store as directed in another forum and still no luck. Any Ideas? Do I need to update firmware as I have been reading about which seems to help other users with same issue? Attached below is current firmware and amazon order#.

Hi, could you show me a picture of the DAB page? Is there any signal display on the top of that page?
