USB storage and DAB Radio gone

I purchased the Android double din for Mercedes Vito W639 Year 2011 about a year ago.
Great stereo, however this morning I turned it on and DAB+ does not work and neither does USB storage music.
I have done a factory reset, I did the clear data and have also checked that all rear cable connectors are in nice and tight.
What can I do to fix it.

Hi,
We still can't find your product SKU.
As you know there is a white sticker on your product with SKU name on it.
If you are convenience,you can pull your radio out and check what's number and letter on it.
That's SKU.
Or what's your ebay ID?

Hi Jam,
I removed the stereo and disconnected all plugs and reconnected but still no USB or DAB
I have attached photos of all info that I have. My Ebay ID = drandell-1970

Please contact the seller and ask for a mainboard replace.
