Sporadic loss of sound

With my double din radio I have sporadic loss of sound, which means that there is no sound via radio, music player or navigation, suddenly there again without anything changed, they can help me

Hi,

Can you offer the car stereo SKU to us?
There is an SKU label on the back of the radio or on the package box.

So we can more clearly learn the problem and find the resolution.
