[Touchscreen]How to resolve touchscreen no respond issue on 10.1 Radio DVD GPS Stereo C0256?

Solution only for item with SKU: C0256
Recently they are some clients met problem with the touchscreen of the newly released 10.1 inch Radio DVD GPOS stereo, we acted at the first time and find the cause. Normally are caused by the screen panel flex cable wrongly disconnected while unit powering on. It is very easy to solve by direct unplug the power cable connector at the back of the radio and replug it. If you already installed on to the car and not able to unplug the power cable harness, then please turn off the car ACC for no less than 2 minutes, so that the radio will shutdown and disconnect from power. And then turn on the ACC again, the problem should be solved.

If you try this but the touch screen still does not work, you can unplug the both side of ribbon harness, then reconnect or reverse it to check, just like the below attached picture.
