Hi jazzy ,
about this issue, usually it is caused by the broken touch screen. I don't suggest you flash the unit. You can directly contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com to change one touch screen.

Hi Jammy,
Thanks for the reply. The unit was purchased through autopumpkin.com on November 8th 2016, credit card payment was to SHENZHENPAQ. The unit has a 2 year warranty, and it is still under warranty period. Can you tell me how we can solve this matter as soon as possible please? :(
