There is some problem with the device. The device turns off after turning off the ignition (without delay), but the device does not turn off, and after switching off the button on the panel the airbag error pops up and the car does not respond to the key buttons. After 10 seconds, the error disappears and the key works again.

you can disconnect the can bus box and keep the other connector insulating to prevent the yellow wire and red wire from short-circuit.

what shutdown mode do you mean? Did the unit normally start on and power off after you disconnect the can bus box?if yes,you can contact the customer service to send you an new canbus box.You can also write your require to the mailbox aliexpress@autopumpkin.com .

sorry for my poor understanding before.
Did you modified your car connection before? If not,please check and confirm that the red wire of the ISO cable should connect to the acc positon such as the positive pole of the cigarette lighter.
