Radio keeps cutting out

Hello, I am experiencing an issue where my radio cuts out and cannot locate any stations, then it comes back and it finds stations and works, then it cuts back out again... it gets really annoying. I have checked the antenna plug and it is connected fine. Example: the radio will play for 3 minutes, cut out for 2-3 seconds, then come back again and play for a minute, cut out for 5 seconds, play for 4 minutes, cut out for 10 seconds... random. This is odd because it doesn't seem to happen in certain locations, just random.

I have tried setting LOC and ST and none of the options seem to make any difference... what could be going on here?

Sorry for the trouble!
So you mean the analog radio function right? Could you mind go to setting---about device to take a photo of the system version number and MCU version number to send to us to check? Maybe it is system bug.
