Hi,

I'm missing a few details om the radio in subject:
1. No online manual linked in the file downloads section for this radio? (or am I missing something?)
2. What are the various pin codes for changing boot-logo etc?
3. The USB port can be used both with iPhones (audio out/charge) and 3G dongle, but:
3.1. iPhone(6S) audio seems to crash every now and then - using bluetooth is much more stable - is there a firmware fix for this?
3.2. Which USB dongles are compatible? I have a Huawei E180, which is pretty mainstream - still haven't tested it yet though - I also don't see any menus for setting up stuff like APN,
3.3. Does the iPhone audio via USB work through a USB hub (digital audio) or is the output analogue? If I can't use a hub, then I can't attach both phone and dongle simultaneously..

Sorry for replying you late due to different working time and timezone!
1, about the user manual, sorry but this version of interface, we do not have file as the factory didn't made it. But the operation will be the same as the following link shows user manual, just UI icon different from the rdevice. Would you mind check it?
2, the pin code for changing bootlogo is 8888, and the factory pin code is 3721.
3.1, the item is not full compatible with the iPhone 6s my friend, that's why we didn't mark it on the ads, you may check on the following picture.

3.2, we normally suggest clients to buy the 3G dongle to cowork with the device, as we will test it with the device before sending out. But as you already have the dongle, you can have a test on the radio. It can compatible with free driver type WCDMA 3G bandwidth 3G dongle and SIM card to work, just please make sure that is correct on your dongle and internet SIM card. For the APN setting, it should be in the setting menu. If you do not see it, please go to setting---about device----factory setting, input password 3721, and then click main icon, and choose the explorere from the left side to the right main icon area. And then click Save. And then use a sharp thin sticker to press the RST button on the front panel to reboot the radio and make the change active.
3.3, I'm sorry but the item do not support USB-HUB, so you can only use one of it each time on the radio.

Thank you for your reply!
1, about the internet issue, the internet is not support to use the map my friend, the internet only for webpage browswer via the explorer option. For release that, please check the following video to achieve that. The device in the video is different, but the method is the same. And your password for factory setting is 3711.

2, about the map, you must be misundertood my friend, what you checked is the software app, which is already stopped update since that, but the map data from it,we always update. You can click more on the version screen to check the map data from it.
3, about the out of memory issue, could you please insert the card to your computer, and then open the card, find the sys.txt file. Then you open it by NOTE BOOK software, and you will find some words on it. Please find the line:[debug], and then you remove all the ";" sysmbol before each sentence of this line, so it will become:

experimental_features=0
hnr_silent_startup=1
max_memory=73400320
reserve_memory=5242880

Then you save it, the insert back to the radio to run to check?

Sorry - same result when starting the GPS software.
Would be nice if it created a log/crash file whenever something as severe as this occurred..

Do you have any other tricks we can try?
