PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hi , I have so many problems with my stereo . Blank screen , non responsive , slow sluggish performance often , DAB radio not stopping playing when exiting the app .etc etc . It's such a regretful purchase .

However I'm hoping there is a way to fix at least some issues .

Hi , now this most annoying purchase that I've ever made has new issues . The notification screen that you swipe down from the top doesn't swipe down and the bottom of the screen is also non responsive.

Bluetooth calls also don't work . The quality is so so poor it can't be used . This item isn't fit for purpose .

For the touch screen prolblem,you can contact the customer service to get the new touch screen.
For the bluetooth noise problem,it is normal that there exists some noise after you used for a long time.Or could you mind showing me an video about your problems ?

You can see in the video , I'm pressing the space bar but letters are being pressed , and also I try to swipe the notification shade down and it doesn't work . I tried to upload but it wouldn't let me so I uploaded to YouTube https://youtu.be/XzA8Oy6Iu80
