Firmware upgrade from 4.4 on KD-C0401

Can I get a firmware update please from 4.4. Order number 100000171

Hi, could you please check if your unit is KD-C0411 or KD-C0410?
Normally we don't suggest our clients update the firmware when the unit have no problem.
Actually the new firmware are used for solving some app fault or system error.
If you install the new firmware improper, it may cause the unit function mixed or non-working.
