Hi I recently purchased this product from you guys and it came with Android 4.4 kitkat, apparently it is now on Android 5.1 Lollipop. Can I get the latest image? order number is: 202-2856165-3441935

Hi, the android 4.4 kitkat version on your unit is already the latest one.
About the android 5.1 lollipop, the factory told us that the android 5.1 firmware was not available on android 4.4 unit, and the result we tested also show the android 4.4 unit could not find the 5.1 upgrade file, hope your understanding.

Hi, the situation you said has relation with the amazon listing rules and FBA delivery.
I don't quite understand, you can contact our amazon store customer service or write email to "support@autopumpkin.com".
There you will get a soon reply.
I just know, actually the android 4.4 system perform more stable than the android 5.1, and the android 5.1 lollipop still have some details need to be improved.
