Having some software troubles,(cant boot up)
would like to try an update with your firmware, if you could send me a link please

Hi, could you please tell us when you bought the unit?
Regarding your issue, maybe it's not the software problem. But you can download the firmware and install it to check.

Sadly the Firmware update dosent work...
Here are the Errors i get:

Tried 2GB sd, 8GB Sdhc and 16GB Sdhc, all Fat32, tried gps slot aswell as the normal sd slot. Also tried via USB. Nothing worked.

Is it a Hardware Error? Or is there any chance i could try something different?

Hi, you can try the last time to flash the firmware and MCU at the same time.
Here is the of the MCU for your unit RQ0368.
If this still does not help, maybe the android board has problem.
You can choose to return it back to repair or write to our customer service "support@autopumpkin.com"to get the other solution.

ok, so the mcu installation went through without problems, but it still says it cant find the firmware image. think i have to send it to repair.
