I have the same problem with my new AE0273b. I can't get it to download my address book from my iPhone 8. Any suggestions?

Hi, you might need to switch the option" sygn contact " on in the bluetooth settings page .

I'm having the same problem with AE0273B - iPhone 7 address book won't sync. I've enabled sync contacts for the bluetooth connection on the iPhone.

Hi rsnb100,
you can try to store your contacts on the phone and sim card. The unit might just only recognize and sync the contacts on the phone . More query ,you can contact the pumpkin customer service on amazon .

Have you activated the Contacts profile for the bluetooth connection (Radio) on your Phone?
go to the list of paired devices klick the Coq after your Radios Name and check if Contacts are enabled.
