Postby wolfgam » Mon Oct 01, 2018 1:04 pm

Hello,

i am using Pumpkin ND0279B, Android 8.0 Radio.
I am facing problems with navigation volume in different radio/media apps.
- normal radio: navigation volume adaption works well
- DAB+: navigation volume adaption does not work. Navigation is very load
- mediaplayer: navigation volume adaption does not work. Navigation is very load

Is there a special setting to adapt navigation vloume for DAB+, mediaplayer?

regards
Wolfgang

Hello,

Amazon order #: 304-4994659-7686764, ND0279B-01A

I have not used the radio for long time (it's installed in a camping car)

The navigation is very loud means:
Assume you listen to DAB+ or media player at normal volume.
While listening to the music the navigation assistant comes up with a routing order (e.g. turn left in 100m). The volume of the speaker voice is so laud that you have to protect your ears (max. volume). This happens only in DAB+ and media player apps. Normal radio works well.

I cannot make a video of the problem, because driving and filming at the same time is not possible...

Hi,
Would you please tell us what your navigation software is? You need to enter Settings-GPS Settings-GPS Application Selection-select the navigation software you are using now.
Best Regards,
Jammy

Hi,
Can you find the "plane" icon when you flick scrolling the screen? You can click the plane icon to release the internal storage to see if there is any difference. Cheers
Best Regards,
Jam
