Bluetooth dont work just a year

Hi, I have one of your 2din px5 car radios and I don't know if this has been a coincidence, but just a year and a day after I bought it, the bluettoth has stopped working.
There is no bluettoth icon in the notification bar.
There is no name or pin in the bluettoth configuration.
It does not detect any equipment and is not detected by any telephone.

You can follow this step to do a setting.
Enter Settings- Factory Settings- Input the password 3368- AAP- Choose Bluetooth “BC5”- Save- Exit.
