Tehthering Issue

Hello.
I´ve got an issue using the Bluetooth Tethering.
I followed the usual instructions for using this feature step by step to avoid any trouble, but:
Once the connection the the Mobile Hotspot is established, the screen of the Stereo says "Data is under examination"
with no possibility to advance. You can only go back, wich will end any data transfer. I waited for several minutes, just
to get nothing. After 10 minutes of inactivity, the Mobile Hotspot terminates the connection due to the inactivity.
Rebooting the Stereo gave no solution.
The same issue appears using the Mobile Phone as a WiFi Hotspot.
So it seems to me that the problem is to authenticate account data of Google, but i am still helpless.
To meet requirements for solving this issue:

Is it possible that the WiFi signal is too weak?

Hello, thx for the quick response.
I don´t think that the signal is too weak. The distance between the Mobile and the external WiFi-Antenna of the Stereo was below 2m.
The incoming signal of the "Cloud" was 100% (4G). (I went to a nearby cell of the broadcaster)
What is still a kind of riddle to me is the fact, the same thing happens on both connection types Bluetooth and Wifi.
Sadly i am not able (at this moment) to approve if the same issue appears when connecting to my WLAN at the house (distance to hotspot too far, i need a WLAN repeater first...)

Hello. Me again.
Here is an update:
I have validated that the same issue appears, when the device is connected to my home WiFi.
It seems to be a problem, when athentication for Google is needed.
1. There is no account data of Google stored at the device.
2. So there is no data existing to be examinated or validated by Google.
3. The screen remains at "Data is under examination" ENDLESSLY.
4. There is NO possibility to advance to a mask where account data could be inserted.
5. All other methods to add a Google-Account will lead to the same screen with the same issue.
6. Finally this means the device is NOT able to get to the Play Store to add any apps.

Is there ANY other way to get my Google-Account data onto the device for authentication at the Play Store???

If not, i will be forced to return the device to the dealer, because it is 75% useless for me then.

Hi there.
After 1 week of waiting for any kind of idea or possible solutions for this problem, I´m tired.
In this condition, the device is useless for me.
I will return it right back to the dealer.
