CN10-03204B - firmware upgrade

I hawe pumpkin CN10-03204B
I have bougt from ebay.

I would like to ask if there is any new firmware?
Or is it better if I make factory reset, and how to revert old settings for car (vw sharan)?
Is it possible to upgrade to android 9?
I have UltraCore T8 proc, android 7.1.2
MCU 5.3.19-11-12-453101-170926
System: V9.2.2_20170927.141341_KED3-5

I have some issues with radio.
1. I cannot upgrade or install any app from play store. If i go to play app, i only see that apps are stuck at Waiting for download, even if i wait for a long time, no app is starting to transfer.

2. Button for switching beetween apps doesn't work

3. When switching beetveen radio stations, and when you switch to fourth station, it switches to next page:

4. I don't get this picture anymore on screen, when changing heating settings in car:

Where is that setting to bring this screen back?

5. My frined has got similar pumpkin radio, but with different BT caller screen. Is there any way i could get this app for making calls?

Because search is much more simple here in this app.

I have, and they send mail back, with some unrealistic answr: Please do not worry. The problem seems to be with the touch screen. Would you please kindly pay for the touch screen? Our offer is 35 GBP including the postage
And this is not the case, touc screen is working correctly.
I would just like to know if there is any new firmware, and if i can do factory reset without loosing apps and settings for my car.
The main problem is that i cannot update apps or install new ones.
