Big problems with 10.1 pumpkin

Hi, I purchased a 10.1 pumpkin car stereo from Amazon in 2017 (order no. 206-5589223-4235500) and am having big trouble with it.

To start with it wouldn't switch on or off from the screen, it would only do it either switching the car ignition on or off.

Then the volume +/- would quit any app you were in back to the home screen.

Then all buttons stopped working.

I did a factory reset, but it was still the same.

The unit still has power going to it.

Is there any firmware updates that might help me out, please?
