Pumpkin emails not being answered.

I had problems when I last emailed the uk support address ..it was annoying but was eventually resolved.
Now i'm experiencing a total lack of answer from pumpkin to both my email & a follow up, ..around 14 days later no reply to a basic question.
Not good enough pumpkin, I'm rapidly approaching the point of no return where the brand is concerned.
