Backup camera stopped working.

Hello,

I have a Model PX5(1024x600), serial number 794cfe12423eae55

Everything was working before, now my camera is not working, bought a new camera and swapped the cameras, still no backup camera viewing.

I also want to update the system but don’t know how to do this.

Mine has done the same thing and looking for an answer. I am starting to think it may be the unit itself. I have had mine for 4 years as well. I tried everything as well and nothing.

Going to rip this head unit from my truck and buy a quality one instead, tried to cut costs and paid a price for it.
