RQ0278E - Web Browsers not working.

Hi,

I noticed last night that my Chrome web browser was not loading pages, or rather it would only load blank pages. I know it is not a wifi/connectivity issue, as I am still able to download and connect to google play. So, I downloaded another web browser (Opera) and I still experienced the same problem. Any Ideas?

you can try to reinstall the Google browser.

Hi,
we test the google browser and find nothing wrong.
So since you didn't suffer this problem before,you can try to recover the unit to factory settings.
Or could you show us a video about this problem?

Hi, Yes I've done a factory reset and restore, but still the same. Also, I was unable to install com.google.servie.apk file you posted the link for as the system will not let me install it.

Hi,
I find the browser which the unit autoinstall is normal. So the unit should be normal.
For the Google install problem,could you tell us what the unit display when the apk is unable to be installed.

I am running the latest version of Chrome from the Play Store on my 13-RQ0278E-UK-A and almost all websites render as pure black.

Any ideas?

we find that your google icon is different from the original one .Did you update the google browser?

do you mean the google browser is OK now?
We have just been told by the factory the the unit don't support the latest version of Google browser.
