Tidal Music App

I'm having trouble with the Tidal music app, which I downloaded from the Google play store. It works fine on both my Android phone and my tablet, but on the Pumpkin car radio (Andrid 7.1), I'm only able to log in. After I log in I just see the bottom 10% of the app expanded to fill the Pumpkin's entire screen. While I see a few menum buttons, none of them work. Any suggestions?

Hi,
sorry,this is the compatibility problem.
We will react this probloem to the factory.Once there is any solution about this ,we will write on this forum.Currently,you can try to use other music app.

this is really disappointing. I don't have paid subscriptions or 2000 song playlists on other music apps. other music apps don't allow me to save music to play online which is the main reason I bought this unit. I would like to know when this will be fixed

sorry,i am not sure when this will be fixed.You can try to connect your phone to the car stereo by bluetooth and enjoy the Tial music.

You can try to uninstall and reinstall Tidal app again to see whether it works well. Besides, please be well noted that if you'd like to play Tidal music in the car, the other way to make it available is to , FLAC, WAV or other USB compatible audio files with the help of , a professional Tidal Music converting and downloading solution.
And then you can transfer them to USB drive and play Tidal music on in the car through USB port with ease. It could be a nice way to fix this issue
