i have some issues with my radio.
1) is it possible to make the screen show the big view automatically when shifting into reverse gear?

2)there is no sound when switching from music player directly to radio; you have to change to home screen first and then back to radio to make it work and show the right radio frequency

3)when you skip back, when listening to music, the music stops and the play botton doesn't react; but when you skip forward the music starts again

4) first there was a bluetooth connection, but after the reboot of the radio the bluetooth connection got lost and now there's no bluetooth connection possible

thanks for your picture and videos.
1.our unit can not display a big view like your picture,because the screen need to display the reverse cam image.
2.the 2 and 3 points,you can flash the following firmware.https://mega.nz/#!pQ01gQKQ!xBvReKvVa_zJ ... ryj5CSsXEo Unzip the rar files to the root content of one sd card and next insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - car settings - system update.
4.Do you mean that now the bluetooth app can not find any device.

I have exactly the same problems as in point 2 and 3.
What exactly does the update?

Hi,

the issues as described in 2) and 3) are still there despite the update.
What's more, after the update the hour hand on desctop disappeared (see picture).

you can enter into settings - date and time page and click the option " use 24 hour format". and reboot .

For the point 2 and 3, we find the problem is affected by the google voice app.So you can try to uninstall the google voice app and check whether the problem over.If yes,you can re-install it.Follows are the regarding video and google voice app link.

ok,we got your feedback .
We all install google voice control app before we sent the unit out.
You can try to install the google voice app which i gave you to recover the original one.

Hi Jammy,

I had the problem that the radio didn't switch the frequences. So I flashed the firmware that you posted for that problem and now I have a new issue. Well, the radio changes frequences but then at some point some symbols/letters appear and the radio stops playing. It occurs spontaneously. See the video and picture added.
