Opel unit with some issues (ger)

Hallo nach längerem Testen kann ich bestätigen das jetzt der Adapter funktioniert (Neuen Can-Bus adapter von Ihnen bekommen). Leider habe ich nun Probleme mit dem Radio. BESTELLNR. 306-6411772-0189967.
Problem Nr. 1: Das Radio startet manchmal nicht.
Nr. 2: Das Radio bringt manchmal meine Lautsprecher bei bestimmten Frequenzen zum kratzen. Lautsprecher sind ok habe mit einem neuen Radio bereits getestet.
Nr. 3: Der Android auto Adapter(egal welches USB Gerät) wird manchmal nicht erkannt. Meist bei kälteren Temperaturen.
Amazon hat mit Angeboten es zurück zu schicken, jedoch wollte ich das über Sie abwickeln. Ihre neuen Geräte mit Android für opel astra sind leider alle mit 2GB RAM. Das ist für meinen Gebrauch leider etwas zu wenig.
Verkäufer SailsEU meldet sich leider nicht auf meine Anfragen!

Hi,

Please try to connect the red wire to the car ignition 12V or cigarette lighter 12V, which is inside the plug behind the car stereo, the black wire is connected to the car metal part (negative/ground)

Thought this would be the power output and not a dedicated input... What problem will solve this solution?
Im going to try it out
