Head Unit for 2001 Audi A4 with CAN bus

I bought 2 RQ269E and am pretty pleased with the units.

Now I would like to replace the original head unit in an 2001 Audi A4.

Is there a solution that includes CAN bus ?

Hi,
Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
As you know, the unit RQ0269 is an universal unit which does not support your car canbus system.
Fortunately, there is another special unit RQ1222E for your Audi A4 with the canbus power cable.
Please which kind of the connector as the below attached picture shown can fit your car.

If you are not sure which kind of the power cable fit, please send us your original wiring diagram, we can help you check.
And you just need to pay 38USD to get a plug and play special cable with canbus for your car, including the shipping cost.

I know that the RQ0269 is a universal - those 2 units did go in different vehicles.

Will pull the original unit from the Audi and take a look at the connectors.

The RQ1222E has a DVD drive, which I do not need/want. So, from the looks I like the RQ0269 better.
I short, I would like to have:

Android 5.x
CAN
no DVD

This car stereo has been out of production, If your car radio does not work on 12v, it is the car radio issue, maybe the mainboard is broken
Would you mind getting a new android 11 car stereo?

unfortunately, one of the RQ0269 stopped working.
The car was sitting unused for maybe a year and of course battery was removed.
The head unit has power on the +12v and ignition key (ACC) wires, but the screen is just black - does not boot.
