Reserve camera often not working

Hello,

I changed my old pumpkin for a new one.
Everything is great exept my reverse camera which is not working anymore.

The radio is switching to camera view when I put the reverse gear, but it is often displaying a warning signal (engine off or engine on).
And sometimes it's woking just fine ... just like it was with my old pumpkin model.

I saw a comment saying the same thing on Amazon, so maybe there is a issue with the radio model ?
But maybe there is something I can do ?

Hi,
please first connect the CAM RCA cable to Video-in not to CAM-in in order to check whether the CAM RCA cable is normal.

If you can find imagine from the AV-in app, then you can contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com to change the CAM-in cable.

Hi,

When the camera is not working (so, near everytime), the Video-in does not work either.
But it is working fine with the old unit.
