ND0377 the solution of the problem that the unit display black screen and warning tip while you start the car

Hi,
recently ,some of our clients who purchased the car stereo ND0377 and suffered the problem that the unit display black screen and warning tip while you start the car.See picture 002.
This is caused by the mismatch between the unit and some VW vehicles if you are using the ISO cable(if you were using the other cable,and there is no such problem).
The solution is : cut off the green wire pointed on the picture and connect the A pole to the positive pole of the reverse light if you installed the rear cam.If you didn't install rear cam,just cut off it and leave it alone.See picture 001.
