radio stations get lost after reboot

I bought a new Pumpkin Car Radio
CSN2 PX5 with Android 9

When i reboot the radio all stored radio stations get lost.
(i mean the long reboot..... cold boot)

Is there a solution for this problem?

Hi Jammy, sorry there was a mistake. I bought the radio over ebay. (all other order and article numbers are correct)
